Our Story
Like every dedicated Rotarian, I joined my club driven by the spirit of Service Above Self. What I didn't expect was spending more time chasing unpaid dues, juggling spreadsheets, and scrambling to file compliance documents than actually serving the community. The administrative burden was real — and it was stealing time from the fellowship and service work that Rotary is truly about.
I watched club secretaries drown in WhatsApp reminders, treasurers lose track of Trust and Club ledgers in separate Excel files, and presidents stress over compliance deadlines that seemed to come out of nowhere. Every club I spoke to had the same story. The tools available were either generic CRMs that didn't understand Rotary's unique structure, or expensive enterprise software built for corporates — not volunteer-run community service organisations.
So I built ClubPilot.
